Prom Guest Form 2022 – WAS DUE 4/14
In order to attend the dance, you must meet the following criteria – please verify this information before purchasing a ticket.
- You must have a minimum cumulative unweighted 2.0 GPA
- Not have any level 3 referrals this year.
Prom Appeal was due by April 14th at 2:00pm
No refunds will be issued if your status changes after you have purchased a ticket.
Tickets go on sale 4/4 in cafeteria. Cash/Check/Credit/Debit
Guest forms must be submitted prior to purchasing guest ticket
Permission forms must be submitted PRIOR to purchasing ticket
Permission form and guest request is attached.
