School Improvement Goals:
Goal 1
By May 2026, we will see an increase in student success through effective collaboration in PLC work:
- To enhance learning outcomes, design lessons that incorporate engagement activities, real-world connections, and student choice.
- Enhancing student learning outcomes by implementing standards-based grading practices and gradebook alignment within the professional learning community (PLC).
Target: Increase staff engagement and collaboration through PLC work focusing on student engagement and data analysis.
Goal 2
By May 2026, we will see at least a 10% increase in student performance on state assessments as a result of student learning experiences matching the rigor of the standards.
Target:
Math BEST will increase by 10% in each area below: Achievement level 3 or higher (2024/25 Alg 41% Geo 55%) Learning Gains (2024/25 52%) Lowest 25% (2024/25 55%)
ELA 9 Achievement (2024/25 57%)
ELA 10 Achievement (2024/25 53%)
ELA Overall Achievement (2024/25 56%) Learning Gains (2024/25 54%) Lowest 25% (2024/25 50%)
US History EOC will increase by 10% (2024/25 73%)
Biology EOC will increase by 10% (2024/25 76%)
Industry Certification/DE passage/AP tests passed will increase by 10% (2023/24 74%)
Students with disabilities in the subgroup will increase proficiency on state assessments by 10%. (2024/25 _43%___)
Goal 3
By May 2026, 100% of PLCs will work collectively to create systems for identifying data sources, developing common assessments and/or utilizing district-developed common assessments, and analyzing student data to drive instruction.
Target: Data-driven planning to develop opportunities for students to master content standards
