Prom Information 2026

Basic Information:
  • Theme: Tangled Enchanted Garden
  • Date: May 9
  • Time: 6:30–10:30 PM
  • Location: SB Nurseries (Lutz) 5710 Happy Tails Ln, Lutz, FL 33558
  • Parking: Free at location

Tickets are purchased on Rycor. Purchasing on Rycor does not guarantee admittance. Students must meet eligibility and pick up the physical ticket.

Steps to Prom:
  1. Buy ticket(s) on Rycor (see pricing schedule below).
  2. Turn in form to front office or bring with you to pick up your ticket between May 4-7.
    • If bringing a guest, please turn in the guest form to the front office asap so it can be approved. Once approved, you can pick up your guest form and purchase a guest ticket. Please have this form with you when picking up your ticket on May 4th to May 7th.
  3. Pick up your physical ticket(s) May 4–May 7 during both lunches.
  4. Bring a photo ID to the event.
Eligibility to Attend:

To attend prom, students must meet all of the following:

  • 2.0 Minimum Unweighted Cumulative GPA
  • No level 3 referrals during current school year
  • No level 2 referrals that resulting in OSS
  • No more then 10 unexcused full day absences
Appeals:

If you are not eligible due to the criteria above, complete the online appeal form on the RRHS website by April 10 at 1:30 PM. 9th and 10th graders are not eligible for appeals. You will be notified what day your appeal will take place.

Ticket prices (Rycor):
  • $95 Feb 16, 2026 to Feb 27
  • $105 Mar 2, 2026 to Mar 13
  • $115 After Mar 13
Dress code (formal):
  • Gentlemen: Dress pants, dress shirt, tie (tux optional). No jeans/khakis/casual wear; shirts remain on all evening.
  • Ladies: Modest-length or floor-length; appropriately covering the chest. Dress shoes recommended (comfortable shoes encouraged). Dress pants/blouses allowed. No jeans/khakis/casual wear.
Guests:
  • Guests from another school or RRHS underclassmen (9th/10th) require a completed Guest Form submitted by April 10 at 2:00 PM.
  • Guests cannot be over 20 years old.
  • Guest must be in good standing (2.0 GPA; no level 3 referrals; no referrals resulting in OSS).
  • Do not buy a guest ticket until the guest is approved (no refunds if not permitted).
Entry and expectations:

  • Bring a picture ID.

  • This is a formal event, respectful behavior required; inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • No re-entry: once you leave, you cannot be readmitted.
