Softball – Monday, Jan. 23, 2023 and will last 3 days total
Girl’s lacrosse – Jan. 23rd and 24th from 2pm – 4pm. Players coming to tryouts must bring a pair of cleats, a mouthguard, a lacrosse stick and plenty of water
Baseball – Jan. 23rd and 24th, after school, at the baseball field
Boys & girls tennis – January 17th at 1:45 on the courts
Track and Field Conditioning is TUES, Wed, and Thurs. from 1:45 to 3:45. Official practice begins Jan 30th and will be Mon-Fri
Boys weightlifting has begun workouts every day after school in the weight room
