Girls Weightlifting

Girls weightlifting Conditioning begins Monday August 17th, 2021.  Our season officially starts in October.  Before coming to conditioning or practice all paperwork must be uploaded into  We will be conditioning 4 days a week right after school till 3:30. During the season we practice 5 days a week. The days of conditioning may change weekly, follow our twitter account @RRGirlsWts for more immediate information.
