Students who plan to participate in the water slides during the Junior to Senior Picnic on Thursday, May 28, 2026 are required to have a completed waiver form on file prior to the event.

- Turn In Location: Ms. Hoskins, Room 3-209 ONLY
Students who do not have a waiver on file by May 27 will not be permitted to participate in the water slide activities.

- Picked up in the front office or Ms. Hoskins (3-209)
