Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) has opened registration for Spring 2026 Dual Enrollment. Eligible students can now apply and request their courses online.
Important Steps & Deadlines

Apply Online (New Students): Complete your PHSC Dual Enrollment application at https://apply.phsc.edu/apply/
Deadline: December 12, 2025
New students must have eligible test scores before applying. -
Meet with Your Counselor: Complete your Dual Enrollment Course Request Planning Worksheet by October 24, 2025.

Submit Online Request Form: After meeting with your counselor, submit the PHSC Dynamic Form (online request form) ideally by October 31, 2025.

Counselor Approval: High schools will approve or deny requests by November 7, 2025. Students will receive notification by November 14, 2025 in their PHSC email.

Register for Classes: Once approved, registration opens based on grade level:

12th grade: October 20

11th grade: November 18

10th grade: November 19

9th grade: November 20
Students register through their PHSC Bobcat Student Portal and Banner.
