  • Important Note: Students NEW to dual enrollment wishing to take courses at the high school campus (including Pasco eSchool), PHSC campuses, or through distance education (online) must submit the online application with a priority deadline of July 15, 2025Applications will be accepted no later than August 1, 2025
  • Dual Enrollment students can only take courses during Fall Term I (8/18 – 12/5).
  • Dual Enrollment student cannot register for PHSC courses that conflict with their current high school schedule.
  • The number of credit hours that can be accessed are:
    • Ninth grade students can take one course per semester (3-4 credit hours) The course can be at the high school campus or online at PHSC .fall (Term I), spring (Term II), and summer (Term III only).
    • Tenth grade students eligible to take dual enrollment classes may choose to enroll in up to seven (7) credit hours of their maximum course load in sections of courses offered at the high school campus or on PHSC campuses or online. 10th grade students can take up to 12 credit hours in the Fall and Spring semesters with written permission from their high school counselor or administrator.
    • Eleventh grade students eligible to take dual enrollment classes may enroll in a maximum course load of sixteen (16) credit hours in the fall (Term I) and spring (Term II) semesters and up to eight (8) credit hours in the summer semester (Term III only).
    • Twelfth grade students eligible to take dual enrollment classes may enroll in a maximum course load of sixteen (16) credit hours in the fall (Term I) and spring (Term II) semesters. They may take dual enrollment classes at the high school, on PHSC campuses, or online. They are not eligible to take dual enrollment classes in the summer of their graduating year.
