Please complete this form in it's entirety to obtain your parking pass. Only COMPLETE applications will be processed and provided a parking pass. Parking passes/spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis and only Seniors get the opportunity to select their spot.

Please read these parking guidelines and expectations and sign below.

1. Parking tags must be displayed in the vehicle at all times.

2. Parking tag is $40.00 If the tag needs to be updated with new information or is lost, please notify the front office of the changes. If tag is lost there will be a $ 3.00 charge to replace it.

3. All vehicles are to be parked in the student lot in the assigned space. Any student vehicles found in the staff/visitor lot will have their parking pass revoked according to the guidelines listed below. Vehicles are to be parked safely in your assigned space.
1st Infraction- Parent will be called and a WARNING will be issued.
2nd ANY infraction thereafter will result in a revoked tag for the 1st semester.
3rd Infraction results in a loss of parking privileges.
A bus pass will be issued to any eligible student who can no longer drive.

4. Students with excessive absences face loss of privileges after the 5th absence in a quarter or 10th absence
during a semester. Consequences are the same whether absences are from one class or the entire day. TAG WILL BE REVOKED FOR NO LESS THAN ONE MONTH. A bus pass will be issued to any eligible student who can no longer drive.

5. Students are not to return to their vehicles during the day without an early dismissal tag or permission through administration. Gather all materials prior to exiting the vehicle-the vehicle should NOT be used as your locker.

6. Anything deemed inappropriate for the educational environment is prohibited from being displayed in or on your vehicle, including but not limited to:
A. Offensive Language/materials, drug paraphernalia, weapons, or gang association.

7. Vehicles on campus are subject to administrative search for illegal items.

8. The school assumes NO responsibility for vehicles or items left inside. Please lock your vehicle. Vehicles that cannot lock should not be parked on campus.

9. These policies are established to promote a safe environment for students. Parking privileges will be revoked or suspended for students who do not abide by them.

10. Any student caught leaving campus without permission (STUDENTS MAY NOT LEAVE FOR LUNCH) will have their parking permit revoked for no less than one Quarter.
