Junior Service League Mary Meyer Scholarship

Amount: $1000

Description: Applicants must be a female graduating senior and provide a copy of the demographic and household information from Pasco Education Foundation local scholarship application. Students will need to demonstrate an active role in volunteering and community service work with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students must include their current plans for future in education in a double spaced essay of no more than two pages as well as one letter of recommendation.

Johnson Scholarship (1)

Amount: Awards for students attending a four-year college or university, $1,000 – $10,000. Awards for students attending a community college or state college, $1,000 – $5,000

Description: The Johnson Scholarship Foundation Scholarship Program is open to children of regular full-time or permanent part-time UPS employees. The UPS employee must reside in Florida, have a minimum of one year of employment with the company, and be employed at UPS at the time the awards are announced.

Kathy Steiniger Memorial Scholarship

Description: This scholarship is for high school seniors attending a post-secondary institution in the fall who have made a positive impact on their community through their community service efforts. Bluelink Consulting Technology Scholarship

Community Service Council Youth Scholarship

Description: All applicants must submit an autobiographical essay about themselves and a letter of recommendation from three of the following: present or former employer; pastor, priest, rabbi, or other religious leader; guidance counselor; teacher or principal; or civic organizational leader.

NDL Melanoma Scholarship

Description: Applicants must have a 3.5 GPA or higher and must be entering the healthcare field in college. Little –Markou Memorial Scholarship

Description: Students who are in at least one AP class and are an active member of a service organization such as Interact (but not exclusively Interact) are encouraged to apply.
